What began with a vision for stylish, practical safety accessories is growing into something much bigger: a community centered on confidence, connection, faith, and women looking out for one another.

💜 WHERE THE PURPOSE BEGAN 💜 

The heart behind She Carries Confidence began long before the name ever did.

Years ago, I had the opportunity to spend time alongside my sister while she worked at The Lighthouse, a women’s shelter. Being there and seeing women walking through incredibly difficult seasons left an impression on me that I carried long after I left.

It opened my eyes to how important it is for women to feel safe, supported, heard, and reminded of their own strength. That experience became one of the seeds for what would eventually grow into She Carries Confidence.

I may not be able to change every woman’s circumstances — but I can build something that helps remind her that she is worthy of safety, support, confidence, and hope. 💜

💜 MY WHY, MY PEOPLE 💜 

Behind every dream I have for She Carries Confidence is the family that gives me a reason to keep going.

My mom and my sisters have been some of the strongest influences in my life. They’ve shown me the power of women supporting women, standing beside one another, and continuing forward through every season of life.

My Husband, Cody, has been beside me as I’ve taken this idea from something in my head and started turning it into something real. And my children are a huge part of why building something meaningful matters so much to me. I want them to grow up seeing that a dream can start small and still become something that makes a difference.

She Carries Confidence is something I’m building for women in my community, but it’s also part of what I hope to build for my family and because of my family — something with purpose that my children can someday look back on and know their mom believed in something enough to try. 💜

They are the people behind my purpose, the reason I keep going, and a big part of the legacy I hope to build. 

✨THE FUTURE OF SCC✨ 

She Carries Confidence is still at the beginning of its story — and that’s one of the most exciting parts.

The vision reaches far beyond T-shirts and safety accessories. I hope to grow SCC into something women can experience as much as they can wear or carry — through practical safety education, meaningful community connections, resources, events, and opportunities for women to encourage and empower one another.

Ideas like The Purple Porch and I Carry For Her are pieces of that bigger vision: creating spaces and movements that remind women they are not alone and that confidence becomes even more powerful when we pass it on.

I don’t know exactly how big She Carries Confidence will become or every direction this journey will take. What I do know is the purpose behind it will remain the same: helping women feel more prepared, more supported, and more confident in the lives they carry every day.

This is only the beginning. 💜
